I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Beaverton, OR) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process at Comcast is very stressful and the interviewers do not listen to your responses. You interview in a room full of other people and it is very loud and you can clearly hear the conversation next to you creating a very distracting environment. The questions asked where specific questions directed at circumstances that you would be in or customers you would have encountered in your previous position asking for specific interactions so be prepared to make stuff up, if you had worked in a call center before you would know that you help 30-60 people a day and would not remember a specific person.

Easy and understanding they want you to succeed and I felt like I was encouraged to ask questions and they were really professional.
Comcast despite its rep cares about its employees it seems
The interview was very smooth and straightforward they ask questions dealing with your previous job experiences and skills. They ask about key metrics used and numbers. They ask how to deal with a customer that is upset and angry.
