I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2015
Interview
The recruitment process is lengthy and disorganized, but the program is still relatively new. The College Relations team is serious about retaining college talent, so it's definitely worth your while. Make sure to follow up both with your recruiter and your department. Even if you don't get paired with the department you are hoping for (i.e. you want finance, and you get diversity and inclusion), keep an open mind. There are tons of opportunities to get coffee with higher ups or shadow other departments.
4 questions about your past experiences, your tech knowledge, and your interests. It was very quick and brief. Involved no practicals or multiple choice questions. Allows multiple tries and to look back at your questions.
The interview was pretty easy as long as you are prepared. The first interview will be a video interview and if you make it pass that part you will have someone reach out to you in a few days for a phone interview
