It began as a phone interview with a recruiter which was pretty much standard and basic questions. I was then passed over to the Area Manager who I interviewed with and then waited for a 3rd interview with the Area Manager and Director..

Interview
Phone screen followed by a group interview, first interview goes well after that no one is interested in hiring you. Seems like they have candidates picked out prior to listing the position as the group interview is a joke, disengaged people just wasting your time.

Phone interview with HR which led to a panel interview that included managers and director. The interview lasted approximately an hour. Be prepared to discuss your leadership qualities and style. The process overall was a positive experience.
