Very quick and streamlined process consisting of 5 to 6 rounds
1. TA Screening call - 30 mins
2. Hiring Manager round - 45 mins
3. Technical + Managerial round - 45 mins
4. Managerial round/ Interview with Director - 30 mins
5. Interview with VP - 30 mins
6. HR and Job Fit Interview - 45 mins (F2F)
7. Offer
Experienced TA individual always kept me in the loop and helped set up all interviews very quickly

Android Technical Questions in DI, MVVM, Compose, Activity, Fragments, Testing, UI Testing etc.
Managerial questions about team management and leadership experience, 1:1 experience and behavioral questions on how i would handle members of team and make sure of team growth etc. As the interviewers were from US, rounds were quite professional and very friendly, not mundane and boring like how a Indian person would interview

Technical interview is fully hands on technical and once selected in 1st round it is easy as 2nd round is inter personal skill questions mostly.
