Interview process is not so tough but you have to do many formalities after you have cleared your interview such as you have to qualified your all E-Learning module after that they decide to hire you .

Interview
Face-to-face, one-to-one interview. The second part of the interview was a written test to check my English language and numeracy skills. I was 18yo with no previous work experience and I found the interview process quite relaxed and simple.
