Met briefly with the HR contact. Manger interview was around 45 minutes and was a good experience. Went back a week or so later for an interview with my manager's manager.

Did three interviews not including the initial HR screening and was told I would great back sooner rather than later it's been 4 weeks. My application says it's still "under consideration" but it's been radio silence from them. Very inconsiderate.
