What's one scenario where you had a difficult customer and how did you handle the situation.
The interview process was in three phases: position screening with TA, interview with 2 Managers, and interview with the team! TA was insightful from a high level over view of the position and meeting with the two managers helped provide a more granular day to day perspective of it!
