My interview consisted of one phone round with a recruiter. I didn’t love the conversation nor the format. I don’t think they understood workday enough. I think managers at Commit should be the ones interviewing.
3 rounds of interviews with progressively more difficult questions. Great process and the team seems to be eager to onboard while also being up front. I definitely like the company's goals and culture.
