Interview
After applying for the job, the front desk will contact you to schedule an interview. Typically, you’ll interview with the assistant principal and the two brothers who serve as the principal. Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours, as they often assess your enthusiasm through patience. In one of my interviews, I went over 4 hours. If you ask engaging questions that energize them, it significantly increases your chances of getting hired.

Question 1
One of the common questions asked during the interview is, “Where do you see yourself in five years?” Interestingly, I was asked this same question twice, by both principals at different times during the interview process.
It was a long process involving three different interviewers and three different appointments times. The interviewers were an Admin Assistant and the two Directors. It seemed like a good place to work.

Interview
I had three separate interviews with admin. On three different days instead of all at once. This was an inconvenience since I was living out of town at the time. They will have you wait anywhere from 30 plus minutes before you interview with admin. (I had to wait for one guy to finish his lunch before the interview despite me arriving at the agreed upon interview time. Before that , an office lady takes you on tour of the school and that is also a part of the interview.
