Fairly standard process. First stage call with HR, second stage call with same HR representative and the team lead. Held over teams. Conversation was good and flowed easily. Team members were warm and welcoming.

Looking for very specific theoretical answers but did not provide JD beforehand so near to impossible to prepare. Asked to look through core values of the company which has nothing to do with the interview itself but prepared anyways and didn’t even get asked that during the interview.

First stage interview was a technical and involved 2 members of the M&A team and questions.
Second stage interview was with 2 more senior members of the M&A team was a mix of competency and technical based.
Final stage interview would have been a technical / fit based interview with an actuary within the team and a HR representative, however I withdrew due to receiving another offer.
