the interview process is okay but i am not satisfied by their decision to ask us to come to the office when we all are in a pandemic. yes they are offering cab services, with that being said if you actually cared for your employees, you would have offered work from home.

fast, only takes around 30-45 minutes. ask to introduced ourselves, basic question like experience, about concentrix, how to handle difficult cs. ask about shifting times and etc. professional and need to know the role of the job
