it was easy but did not got boarded for job due to travelling issues and the job is really basic dose not seem to have any future growth after getting into this post

AMCAT test and just some easy questions in personal interview
The Concentrix interview process is usually simple and structured, especially for customer service, BPO, and technical roles. It may vary slightly by job, but the overall flow is quite consistent.
Interview process is easy. Multiple rounds would be there HR, Ops but it's easy.
Basic question :
1. Introduction
2. Work Experience
3. Why you have left your last job ?
4. Why should we hire you ?
5. Any situation based questions.
Process was clear and fast, going through the specifics of the job and the skills needed to do it. Professionals were educated and listened and asked good questions.
Process took 10 days, which is way lower than other companies.
