Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.

Interview
Online video interview. I had 3 chances to record responses to 9 interview questions. You have to look into the camera and wear business attire. You have one week to submit your response.
It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.
Online video submission, asked a couple of questions. The most difficult part was the intensive background check that came after. But due to the nature of the work it is understandable.
