The interview consisted of several parts including situation dependent questions, personality test, IQ and Grammer test, dealing with clients/customers in a simulated situation. Most of these parts were timed so it had to be done under a given time.

The interview process was a serious of virtual questions you have to record yourself answering. Upon answering the questions they send an email with an assessment, typing test and speed test that must be completed in a certain time frame.
