It's really disgusting to attend one round of interview for about 1 week. I had really bad experience how they are conducting the interviews, the HR team doesn't respond to calls or messages and they call whenever they want, it doesn't matter if you call or text. There is no response from the person concerned.
The interview process is easy if you have adequate knowledge about AMCAT and Versant.
And it depends upon how well are you able to communicate your responsibility and your thoughts during the Operations round.

About my experience and how well I'm able to address a concern in the Ops round.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
