Concretio Apps interview questions

There were three rounds in total — two technical rounds and one techno-managerial round — and I successfully cleared all of them. However, in the end, I was informed that due to the company’s internal policy, they would not release a formal offer letter and would only provide a verbal confirmation of the offer. I found this practice unfair and not aligned with professional ethics.
