Worst interview process of my entire professional life. Dealing with employees up until then had been very pleasant. Then I had a video interview with the CEO and someone else who never introduced herself. CEO was rude, demanding, interrupted me, mostly talked about how smart he was, and dismissed everything I said with the same idea that anyone can SAY that.
He made it very clear he didn't think I could do the job at all, right from the start. Which, why did I get to this 4th round interview if he wasn't onboard with my candidacy? After being grilled by three different people for over an hour and fifteen minutes, I never heard from them again. Even though, by that point, I absolutely knew I didn't want to work with them and they had no interest in working with me. Still, nothing like topping off this verbal assault with unprofessionalism.
