For this role there were four stages to the interview process. Stage one was with the recruiter via zoom and stage two was with the hiring manager (the President) also via zoom. Third stage was a panel interview with the President and the CFO followed by a warehouse tour. Fourth stage is a proposal submission with key observations, opportunities, and recommendations based on the warehouse tour.
