Question 1
How do you go about working in a group setting managing different projects
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Connecticut Transit (Hartford, CT) in Feb 2015
Interview
Let me warn you- their hiring process is LONG. It took over a month to get a phone call after putting my application in. I had a phone interview then moved on to an in person interview at their HQ. Be aware, when they give you a time, it'll really start a 1/2 hour later. They purposely schedule this way so everyone is on time. It started with an HR person, then was forwarded to a panel of 2. They will take notes as you talk and everything is scripted. Get through that round you have to wait for a background check and all of your references to clear. For me this was a 5 week wait and they will dig into EVERY thing you have ever done. I even was told by my alumni school that they called to ask if it was exactly what I put on paper. Then you go for a drug test and physical. If you pass that, you MUST resign from your other job- they do not let you work more than one or you get fire. Congrats, you're hired
