I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Constructor group
Interview
I was contacted by the Head of TA regarding an opportunity and was invited to share my interview availability. After providing multiple time slots, I did not receive any further updates or responses despite following up.
I understand hiring priorities can change, but a simple update or closure message would have been appreciated. As a candidate, being left without any communication after being approached by the company created a disappointing experience.
Candidate experience is often a reflection of a company's culture and professionalism. I hope the recruitment process can be improved with more timely communication and better follow-up.

Question 1
They only reached out and asked for availability for interview
A (Russian, I guess), recruiter who can barely speak English has no idea what the position is and then proceeds to ghost you even after you follow up. 10/10 would not recommend.
I applied online. I interviewed at Constructor group (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
The first interview with the recruiter was great, fast, clear, and focused on mutual fit. Based on that experience, I expected a structured and professional second round. Unfortunately, it was the opposite.
The second interview was completely unstructured. There were no questions about my work experience, background, or skills. Instead, I spent the entire time listening to the HR panel express their own dissatisfaction with the company and its culture. Their tone was passive‑aggressive, confrontational, and sarcastic, and at moments it felt like they were actively trying to convince me that this is not a company worth working for.
Rather than evaluating my fit, they fixated on internal issues and repeatedly highlighted problems with their culture, workload, and lack of feedback. Their own frustration clearly leaked into the conversation.
My questions at the end received brief and vague answers, leaving key aspects of the role unclear.
Overall, the interview felt chaotic, one-sided, and not candidate-focused. This was easily one of the most unpleasant HR conversations I’ve had. It did not reflect professionalism or respect for the candidate’s time.
