Pros

-Competitive Salary: Able to offer a competitive starting compensation. -Educational Opportunities: Free learning within the company ecosystem (ranging from standard courses to Master's degrees). -Work-Life Balance: Good balance, but strictly for linear developer positions.

Cons

- Lack of Career Growth: No real career opportunities or salary increases. The performance review process exists only on paper but is never actually conducted. - CEO's Management Style: A CEO who enjoys long, abstract speeches at town halls and changes company priorities every few months. - Inexperienced (or weak) Management: The management team doesn't understand the current state of affairs and chaotically tries to adapt to every change in priority. As a result, you can be moved to a random project at any time.

Pros

Good people in egeneering, competitive salaries, ok benefits

Cons

Crazy founder, constant shifts in focus, weird resource allocation. Complete disrespect from Serge Bell to everyone who works for him. He is berating and screaming at people in front of entire company at every opportunity.
