Unfortunately, my interview experience at Contata Solutions was disappointing. The process started on a positive note, with respectful communication as a prospective candidate. However, after traveling to their office (with no travel reimbursement provided), things took a negative turn. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was left hanging without proper updates or clarity about the next steps. After much delay, they responded with a vague apology, highlighting miscommunication within their process. Overall, the HR process was poorly managed, and the lack of professionalism was frustrating. I hope they improve their candidate experience for the future.
