The process was way too long. They worked with a head hunter. Ñots of interviews at the end the hr manager asked me if I was willing to accept a low wage for the first three months and if the results were good I could ask for more. This after a lot of time wasted. They did not have clear goals for the position they just wanted to get rid of the current procurement manager
