      I interviewed at Continental (Quito)

      Interview

"My experience with Continental was extremely traumatic. I went through a three-month recruitment process involving various stages that were relatively straightforward, yet lacked specific feedback. I had seven interviews in total, three of which were with Ms. Andrea Bratio. Following a final panel interview, I was kept on hold for months. I prioritized this vacancy and declined other job offers that were ready to go. Unfortunately, I lost significant opportunities because Ms. Bratio provided no updates. When she finally responded, she assured me I would have an answer by December 22, 2025, but that deadline passed without a word. After such a long process and numerous conversations, I ultimately received an impersonal, automated rejection email from Continental rather than a personal follow-up. It was incredibly frustrating and lacked any personal touch. This was hands down the worst recruitment experience I have had in the last decade."

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

"The questions they asked were actually quite simple; they asked about my experience, if I had worked in South America before, and which clients I knew. The only thing that was a bit more challenging was a case study. They had me present a sales proposal for three countries involving a very expensive product that isn’t currently sold in those markets. The company would provide zero marketing help, and I was expected to develop these markets selling the product at a higher price than any other, with absolutely no support from the factory. I had to convince distributors to buy this product and sell it in these three specific countries."
