Interviewed with this company twice. The first was Social Media Specialist and the second time was a Digital Marketing Specialist. Each time I was paired with a hiring manager who came on and started talking about the position - to which the title and job description had absolutely zero and I mean zero relation to what the hiring manager was saying the responsibilities of the role would entail. Hiring manager in each case was not able to give full or complete answers to most questions asked which went into any detail about work. Instead their only answers were able to be given about the office set-up and how the cubicle and desk assignment structure would be, some insight on benefits and how to work with HR on their maximization. Yes, really. Each time was a bizarre experience.
