1st interview is 2 hr . Very lengthy. Code challenge big assignment 3 hr, 3rd technical interview 1.5 hr. So I suggest if you really higher employee you responsibly take interview because you are not TCS ,WIPRO . TCS is also only 30 min round technical interview taking.
