2 stage interview
first being informal brief interview with line manager and technical expert in the field team
I enjoyed this very much for how relaxed this was and helped me understand company a bit better and what I'll get myself into
Second interview was in the office, this was also quite relaxed. Further understanding of the company was gained and important questions answered truthfully

Am I ok with traveling quite far and for long period of time on the road

Interview
First round - 30 minutes interview over Team. They asked about current role and job responsibilities.
Second round- 1.5 hour Lab assessment. Tough for field Engineer. Some questions are ccnp level such BGP route. Lab assessment was around 30 questions based on network topology built in simulator software . There was no physical Lab assessment. As field Engineer I prepared for physical lab assessment. I wish I knew the test would be on troubleshooting knowledge based. Hopefully next time London to Birmingham journey would be worth.
