Met with ~5 people in sequence over a week virtually to include a person sitting on their couch
Overall process wasn’t hard but they really portrayed themselves as like some Silicon Valley start up with egos, glad it didn’t happen
I applied online. I interviewed at Convoy (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Quick and concise but the rounds of interviews were spread out over multiple weeks. There were at least 2 interviews that had to be rescheduled.
After the initial call with recruiter and hiring manager, I was put on an interview panel with 5 employees.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Convoy (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I went through 12 different interviews over 3 months. Some people I had to interview with twice because they had more questions. I was informed that they really wanted me and I had one last interview needing scheduled because a VP wanted to confirm. That VP canceled the interview 15 minutes before the interviewed. Rescheduled to the next week. I didn’t get the job as that VP was the one that decided I was not a fit even though all the other interviewers approved. This person wasn’t even looking at the screen while talking to me. He was busy doing other things while interviewing me. Like already had his mind made up.

Question 1
Basic questions, most interviewers were a good conversation and took interest in my background.
