Convoy Software Engineer interview questions

I applied online. Had an initial phone screen, comprising of a couple of rounds - Coding & Values / Behavioral. Subsequently, the on-site consisted of Coding, System Design & Technical Deep Dive (presenting an impactful project I was involved in). Upon receiving an offer, I met few different teams to identify a good match. Narrowed my search to a particular initiative & spoke with few leaders in that space. The overall interview experience was extremely pleasant. The interviewers were talented & very courteous. The process was very efficient! Had the pleasure of working with the best recruiter in the industry!

First-round was a mix of behavioral STAR format questions and Leetcode questions. The second round consisted of a technical deep dive and systems dive session followed by another behavioral interview. Interviewers were well prepared, friendly and made the process a positive experience.
