Interview
The first step was an emotional intelligence survey. This was followed by an IQ assessment. If you pass these tests then you are given a chance to do a technical interview. This is a one hour process going over the design of a full stack application.

Design a full stack picture saving application including backend routes, data handling in SQL, Spring framework utility and React on the front-end
