Over the phone interview. Spoke with the location manager. Easy interview but compensation package was much lower than I expected. They did not ask for references or do a background check.

Most basic interview ever. I basically told the interviewer that he was going to hire me. Tgis eas for a skilled positiin and there was nothing about the interview to prove my skill.
