Interview

The interview process was quite interesting, the "why" behind everything should be something you should know. It is highly paced and expectations are high but they would also give you personal space and time to show yourself and stand out in front of them. The CEO Mr. Josef is a genius.

I emailed my resume and a cover letter, and then I received a call not too long afterwards which was an initial phone interview. Then, we scheduled an in person interview with another exec. It was relatively casual.
