The initial screened call was a tad informal. It felt rushed and scripted. During the call she explained the next steps which was 4 interviews + CCAT test and a personality test + a presentation + flying to them or them flying to meet for a in person interview. You would think I was being hired for the VP of sales. For a job that is only starting you at 60k + OTE, I highly suggest fixing the interview process. This really screams " CEO doesn't trust his team". Which tells me I would rather find another company that isn't requiring 9 weeks of interviews for 60k. Nor a company that isn't going to waste 9 weeks of my time for them to determine if I was " good enough". I am in 3 interview processes for larger companies than Copado that didn't require nearly half of this. No thank you.

Initial screening, very basic, just making sure you are who you say you are. Second round screening a bit more in depth, but no hard questions. It was more of a conversation.
