I saw a posting for a IT Technical Support II on indeed and applied there. Basically Cornerstone is like an agent or middle person that will present you to their client who is Los Angeles World Airport or LAX. You interview with Cornerstone first to see if they like you and then they will rebuild your resume to fit the role LAWA or LAX is looking for. The process for me was doing a phone screening with a recruiting assistant and it's basically just routine questions and getting to know about the company. The second interview was with one of the hiring manager and that's the technical interview. My second interview was over Microsoft Teams and I was basically asked to explain my experience with working with a difficult client about a technical issue. The hiring manager wanted to know how did I resolve the issue and work with the difficult client. I got a call and email from their talent acquisition the next day about signing a paperwork to allow Cornerstone to represent me to their client and that I won't be working with another company that will represent me to the same client. I got another offer that is closer to me and also pay more so I decline the next step with Cornerstone.
