Very smooth and understanding. They were attending and made me very comfortable. The entire process started on time. I found them encouraging me even when I was getting stuck. Once I got the initial boost, the rest of the process went on pretty smoothly

Interview
I was called for to set up an interview after applying a month before, the interview was not difficult and was very easy going. I arrived at the Westlake office and was escorted to a different building for the interview. There was two interviewers and both were VPs at the company. The interview lasted for about 35 minutes.
