Create Lab Marketing and Operations Intern interview questions

The interview was conducted over phone. Very straightforward and not too stressful; it lasted less than half an hour. It started with the interviewing asking more personal questions (e.g. what's my background) followed by more job specific questions including an explanation of the job details.
