Applied online and the hiring manager got back to me immediately to connect. I met with her a few times over the phone and video, and she asked me to come onsite for a final round with a panel. The panel consisted of people that would report to me, and those I would be partnering with in the role. Everyone was there to get to know me, my experience, and how I could fit into the organization and add value. The hiring manager was also very transparent throughout the entire process. This was a very strong process from the candidate experience.
