It was a phone interview because it is work at home. It was pretty long, and it including role playing like what I would say to a real customer. So they wanted to test to see if I could handle customers who did not agree with me. You just got to keep steady when you talk to them and not get defensive. They start our real nice but then they try to sound angrier to see how you will react. Don;t let hem rattle yiu, just try to be calm and not get angry. Like they will interrupt you and stuff when you are trying to answer a customers questions, which made me feel angry but I did not show it.
