Cresco Investments interview questions

I applied for a Finance & Admin role and was told via WhatsApp that the interview would be conducted by an Associate Director. However, during the actual session, the Associate Director was present only to take minutes, while the CEO, Andrew Quah, conducted the interview in a highly unprofessional manner. It was immediately clear he had not reviewed my CV, and the conversation quickly became uncomfortable. He repeatedly interrupted me mid-sentence, which made it difficult to speak or complete my thoughts. His tone was dismissive and condescending, and he belittled my experience and qualifications instead of engaging constructively. Overall, the interview felt more like an interrogation than a professional conversation. This was by far one of the most unpleasant and disrespectful interview experiences I have encountered, and it left a very negative impression of the company’s leadership culture

Arrogant and condescending. Be prepared to get interrupted and get cut off. You might try to explain certain things but doesn't seem like they got the patience to be listening to what you have to say. If you're into that, well then this is the company for you.
