Interview
Got response to my application via email requesting when best I am available for phone discussion. After the phone screening, I was called for the in-person interview. After the in-person interview I did a Thank you letter to the interview with 24hrs of the interview. I called the interviewer again after a week as agreed during the interview and he said he was yet to decide in his proffered candidate. 2weeks after that time, I got a mail from him that he decided to go with another applicant and that I'm inview for another opening within the organization.
