      Anonymous employee
      Lakeland, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crispers (Lakeland, FL)

      Interview

There were a total of 3 interviews. One phone, one with a general manager and one with the head of HR. It was very thorough. The staff was friendly and seemingly interested in learning about me. It was a comfortable environment and they took all steps to ensure I understood what I was accepting.
