Crispers interview questions

The interview process was very informal, and comfortable. I met with an assistant manager, and the process was about half an hour. Basic questions for an entry level position, such as a cashier.

There were a total of 3 interviews. One phone, one with a general manager and one with the head of HR. It was very thorough. The staff was friendly and seemingly interested in learning about me. It was a comfortable environment and they took all steps to ensure I understood what I was accepting.
