Casual. Most of the hard work comes with researching company beforehand. Know what they do and their company values and you should be okay. Just have to be yourself and be honest and transparent.

A phone interview and it was like 30 min interview. It was not to bad. The process was easy and the guy who interview me was nice. He explain to me what company is and what type of role it is.
