      Senior Manager Interview

      28 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Broomfield, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crocs (Broomfield, CO) in Oct 2025

      Interview

Had a phone interview scheduled where the recruiter showed up nearly 10 minutes late. The questions asked were basic leaving little room to share applicable experience to the job description. The recruiter was not conversational whatsoever never asking follow up questions to dive deeper into previous roles/skillsets etc. This caused awkward pauses between questions and ultimately left me feeling like this was more so a phone screening to check the box for external applicants as they likely moved on with someone internally for the role.
