Applied on linkedin one morning and that afternoon I got a phone call from the lab manager. He talked about the position and what it entails, asked me about my degree and what I wanted to do with it. Two days later I have an in-person interview. Basic interview, asked me about my resume and about my degree more. They gave me a tour of the lab and said they would be contacting me soon. That was a little more than a month ago. They didn't turn me down or hire me. I've tried to follow up with them after two weeks but I get their voicemails so I leave a message but never got a call back
