I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CrossBorder Solutions (Saint Pete, FL) in Jun 2021
Interview
Very thorough. Several qualifying phone calls with both CrossBorder's team as well as the recruiting firm they used, Pareto Law, before an "Assessment Day" that was 8:30am - 4:00 pm (although realistically I was finished by ~2pm). The Assessment Day was virtual and consisted of several team activities, an elevator pitch, etc; while this was lengthy and sounds tedious, I was very thoroughly prepared by the recruiters and previous phone-interviews as to what I should expect, what I should prepare, etc. Overall, it was a more tedious process than I was used to, but was happy with it and thankful they were so thorough as my previous employer- it made me feel they truly interested, truly were willing to invest in the employees they did choose, and that if I did receive an offer (which I did) that I was truly qualified for the job and would be successful in it.
It was a rather smooth process. Everyone was transparent and to the point of what is to be expected! The role is not for everyone so you've got to love the hunt

Interview
I interviewed along with around 18 other candidates through a recruiting company called Pareto Law. It was an all day event that was very collaborative and engaging, definitely unlike anything I had done before.
