There are about three rounds of interviews, mainly asking about marketing project experience and some comprehensive ability questions. The interviewer respects people, and the interview atmosphere is more equal, not a unilateral inquiry.

Very disorganized had 3 separate first interviews, no follow up by the same person. No answers on feedback, seem quite disorganized. No expectations, really trying to gain insight on competitors. Look else where.
