Ctruh interview questions

Had 3 rounds of interview with them. It's a new company which started only in November 2022. There were 2 rounds of technical interviews and then 1 more round with the founder I was told that the company would contact me with an offer. But after a week of waiting I got a negative feedback. On the last call I'd mentioned that I'm open to salary negotiations but no negotiation happened. This was just outright unprofessional. I'm not sure what they had in their seed funding round but I can assure they don't have much of a budget to even negotiate a salary
