Was called by a family friend to tell me about the job opening. Emailed her my resume. She called back and set up an interview time and date. Came in for the interview, was told about the company and the position. Called back to follow up a few days later and was offered the job.

Interview
I was the last candidate they interviewed before their decision. They said they were about to make a decision when I sent in my resume, so they held off until they'd had a chance to speak with me. The interview was with the CIO and the head of the BA team. The interview was difficult - they gave me a task to describe a spot on her arm using just words, no visual aids. They also questioned my ability to transition into an agile methodology since all my experience has been using traditional waterfall methods. Overall, I walked away feeling inadequate and not sure why they'd brought me in at all.
