I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cvent in Dec 2020

Interview went well. Basic SDR questions. The hiring manager was more than great. Said they will make a decision in the next two days. It's been two months now! Yeah I got ghosted.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Cvent (Tysons Corner, VA)
Interview
The process was a good interview and I enjoyed my time. More behavioral and situational than questions based on technical skills. So make sure you practice using methods like STAR.
The recruiter was knowledgable and guided me through the process. The culture and vibe of the office seems really great and that employees enjoyed working there. The office environment was really lively - my in person interview was really great. Everyone I talked to was very nice and seemed interested in me and my background, why I was interested in the company, etc..
it was a 2-hour interview. Very long, also had an interview over the phone. It was a good experience however needs a lot of time and energy. good luck with everything.
